What is Group Counselling?
Group counselling is a form of counselling where a small group of individuals with similar concerns or problems meet regularly to discuss, interact, and explore problems with each other. A trained counsellor or psychologist or a mental health person in a safe, caring, and confidential environment that is focused leads the session on the individual’s immediate or near future concerns.
