What do you mean by Shadowing a professional?

Shadowing is an on-the-job learning, career development, and leadership development activity. Shadowing is the name given to the opportunity for you to observe or “shadow” someone doing their job and gain an insight into that particular work or profession or career. It lets one person learn from another and can be a very effective form of training.
